MOSCOW, Mar 24 (PRIME) – Central Bank Chairwoman Elvira Nabiullina never wanted to resign, a central bank representative told reporters late Wednesday when Bloomberg reported that she sent a resignation letter to President Vladimir Putin, but he turned it down.
